Mood: Upbeat

I can’t believe I got caught up with all the hype on tv and radio. When even Fitness First kept promoting the trailer on the big screen right in front of my usual treadmill spot, how does one not succumb to curiosity?

I admit I do watch the occasional musical once in a blue moon. I grew up with The Sound of Music and Grease. For good measure, I did watch the recent movie adaptation of Phantom of the Opera.

But nothing prepared me for this…

I’m a big fan of Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skaarsgard but to see them dance and sing? In spandex?!

The girl is cute though…

I always hate that feeling you get when your favourite drama series has come to an end. I’ve been waiting for months for it and when it came, it was good…really good. All my favourite leading fa dans and nearly the whole HK drama industry got involved with the string of cameos and guest appearances…

The plots, sub plots, twists and turns put even CSI to shame. The only pity was the ending. Incredulous, unbelievable… can’t get enough of it, though. Waiting for FH3 now, and they’d better cast Yoyo Mung and Charmaine Sheh back as the leading ladies…
